Services are all around us, yet there is little attention designing services.

I believe services should be simple, joyful and efficient for people, differentiating, profitable and easy to run for organisations and with a positive impact for the society and the environment.

While people would like to get things done and carry on with their lives, employees would like to be of service, without systems, technologies and processes getting in the way.

By using design, empathy and a combination of creative & analytical skills I help organisations to serve better its customers and its employees. I am a service designer - currently at the telecom operator A1 in Slovenia.

Personal Credo

A wise man once said: “100% of your customers are human”. As we all know, but maybe haven’t admitted to ourselves, yet — and science is confirming that — we make decisions first and foremost driven by emotion, just to post-rationalise them later with a seemingly rational explanation. Thing is, emotion drives behaviour, and behaviour impacts your business. So, if I would have to jot down a credo, I’d say I’m driven to bring business results, but am a strong believer it cannot happen without including the human element.
